Ordering
1.
Problems Ordering
If
you click the Order button and nothing happens or it times out,
it is probably because you can't connect securely to the server.
As a test, try going to https://www.microsoft.com.
If you cannot connect securely to Microsoft either, then please
check the following:
- You
are using an old version of your browser and should upgrade.
- You
are behind a corporate or personal firewall that will not permit
a secure connection. Contact your network administrator or refer
to your firewall/security software help section.
Problems adding items to the shopping cart
In
order to add items to our shopping cart, you need to enable
"cookies" in your web browser. Please refer to the
help section of your web browser for instructions on how to
enable cookies.

us or view our ordering
options.

I've ordered online but don't have the screensaver installed.
You can download the screensaver you ordered on the Free
Downloads page. If you downloaded and ran the Registration
Utility after completing your order, the screensaver will be unlocked
and registered.
3.
I've ordered online but was not able to successfully download the
Registration Utility.
You can redownload your order by clicking the Re-Download Order
button on the left side of our site. You will be asked to enter
your credit card # for verification purposes. You will not be
recharged. You will then be able to resume your download.
You can also contact
us. After confirming your order, we will send your
Personal Registration Code to register and unlock your shareware/trial
version. Please include your name and order # .
4.
I've ordered online but didn't receive a Personal Registration Code.
If you did not download the Registration Utility after completing
your order, you can click the Re-Download Order button
on the left side of our site.
Otherwise, send us your name and order # . After verifying that
you are a Registered Owner, we will send you a Personal Registration
Code.
Please contact
us. Occasionally an email address is entered incorrectly
on the order form.

controls are not set to block our incoming response.

How long is the program good for?
The
registered program grants you a license to use the software as
stated in the license agreement. There are no further charges,
functional limitations or expiration dates.

Personal
Registration Code
1.
How do I find my Personal Registration Code?
Registered owners can find their Personal Registration Code in
the About section under Info or Help in the screensaver's
Settings.
2.
I've entered the Personal Registration Code to register the screensaver
but it is not working.
Your personal Registration Code contains two parts.
1. Your Name
2. Your Keycode
You must enter your name and keycode EXACTLY as stated in the
two spaces provided in the registration box of the screensaver.
An extra space or period will cause the registration to fail.
3.
I've lost my Personal Registration Code.
Please
fill out our Lost
Registration Form.
Or send us your name and address and the name of the screensaver
you registered. After verifying that you are a Registered Owner,
we will send you another Personal Registration Code.

Programs
1.
How do I get to the screensaver Settings?
Minimize
all of your windows. Right click on a blank spot of your desktop
and click Properties. This brings up the Display
Properties. Click the Screen Saver tab. Select
the screensaver you want from the list and click Settings.
2.
I don't have access to all of the options.
Some
of the options can be set for each individual scene but are grayed
out when the user chooses "Random". This is so you can
customize each scene.
Go to the Screensaver's "Settings" and select an individual
scene. You
should now see all of the options available. Continue down the
list of scenes to adjust the options for each scene to your liking.
3.
The sound/music isn't working.
The Wave (sounds) and Midi
(music) sound settings must be enabled on your system. Double
click on the speaker icon in the system tray. Make sure the volumes
for Wave and Midi are turned up and the Mute box is not checked.
4.
Do your programs contain adware or spyware?
Our programs do not contain adware or spyware
of any kind.

Installation
1.
How do I install the screensavers?
After Downloading:
1. Go to"Start" and click "Run".
2. "Browse" to the directory where you saved the file
and click on the file.
3. Click Open, click OK.
The screensaver will install itself onto your computer.
2. The
screensaver doesn't show up on the Screen Saver list in Display
Properties.
You install the screensaver, but your Screen Saver list in Display
Properties is set to "None".
The screensaver is not included in your Screen Saver list.
Solution: Your computer may be having problems
with Long File Names (LFNs). You can download
short name versions of our screensavers.
3.
How do I uninstall the screensavers?
To uninstall our screensavers, go to Control Panel. Click
on Add/Remove Programs. Scroll down the list until you find
"Name of Screensaver". Click on Add/Remove.
